About Lekesha Ransom, APRN, MSN, FNP-C
Lekesha Ransom, APRN, MSN, FNP-C has been in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years and she is
teaming up with local resources to assist in the preventative measures to increase health and wellness of people in the community. Faith Health and Wellness Medical Center will offer prescreening for the above conditions, which include but not limited to, individualized nutritional plan, weekly vital signs, blood test and monitoring Hemoglobin A1c. Our center also offers screening for cardiovascular disease, which includes blood test, chest x-ray and EKG.
We believe that these preventative screenings allow for early detection, which will lead to prompt treatment
thereby decreasing the likelihood of further organ damage and/or death.

The mission of Faith Health and Wellness Medical Center is to empower individuals to take control of their health
by delivering compassionate, holistic care tailored to their unique needs. We aim to transform the healthcare
experience by focusing on the whole person, not just their symptoms, fostering long-term wellness and improved
quality of life. Furthermore, we strive to bring preventative and restorative screenings to the community at large.
We believe that providing these services will help prevent organ damage and death occurrences.
