Lekesha Ransom, APRN, MSN, FNP-C has been in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years and she is
teaming up with local resources to assist in the preventative measures to increase health and wellness of people in
the community. Faith Health and Wellness Medical Center will offer prescreening for the above conditions, which
include but not limited to, individualized nutritional plan, weekly vital signs, blood test and monitoring Hemoglobin
A1c. Our center also offers screening for cardiovascular disease, which includes blood test, chest x-ray and EKG.
We believe that these preventative screenings allow for early detection, which will lead to prompt treatment
thereby decreasing the likelihood of further organ damage and/or death.
Faith Health and Wellness Medical Center is an innovative medical practice that integrates conventional
healthcare with alternative therapies to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach. Our emphasis on
